A new chapter, same passion

On Thursday, April 17^th 2025, Nebest Adviesgroep B.V. acquired all remaining shares in Geobest B.V. As of that date, Geobest B.V. will continue to operate as an independent company under the same trusted name and as a sister company of Nebest B.V. On the same date, Roy Henri de Booij took over the role of director from Erwin de Jong.

Since the founding of Geobest B.V. in September 2011, Nebest Adviesgroep B.V. has been involved as a shareholder. After InfraNeo acquired Nebest Adviesgroep, it was a logical step to explore the acquisition of the remaining shares in Geobest. We are pleased with the outcome of this process and have full confidence in the continued growth of both Geobest and Nebest in the coming years. All former shareholders are part of this shared future.

Jeroen de Goeij: The specialists at Geobest are truly top of their field. With the addition of Geobest, Nebest Adviesgroep is further developing as the specialist in Asset Management within infrastructure and construction.

Erwin de Jong: The acquisition of Geobest B.V. by Nebest Adviesgroep / InfraNeo guarantees to the employees, partners, and clients of Geobest B.V.  that our services will remain fully available in the years to come. Spanning the gap between theory and practice, we will continue to be the consultant for reliable geotechnical advice with a “sense of ground.”

Roy Henri de Booij: It is with great enthusiasm that I am taking on the role of director at Geobest B.V. This new step marks a significant moment in my career, and I look forward to it with great confidence and energy.

It gives me tremendous confidence to know that the former shareholders will continue to support me in this new phase. Their knowledge, experience, and commitment presents a strong foundation for me and my colleagues to keep up the good work and start this new chapter.
